Adrian came to Raising the Roof in 2020 from a career in the private sector where he served as the Development Manager for several freehold, condo and purpose-built rental projects across Ontario. He has deployed over $80M of capital in residential and mixed-use developments over his career in real estate development.
Since he joined the team in 2020, Adrian has overseen the development and operations of all 69 units of affordable housing delivered by RTR across Ontario and Manitoba. He is currently working to bring to market another 450+ units over more than 15 sites between RTR's nation-wide equity ownership portfolio and projects managed on behalf of our development management client base.
Adrian believes that every Canadian needs support to thrive and that with the right tools, strong leadership and buy-in from our communities, Canada can end the housing and homelessness crisis. Proponent of active transport, municipal parking ratio reform, sustainable building practices and the reduction of municipal development charges.
