The causes of homelessness are complex. However, there are many successful community initiatives which provide the basis of long-term solutions for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Raising the Roof supports community initiatives that provide people with information, resources, services, programs, and projects designed to help people at risk of losing their housing to stabilize their lives, enabling them to move from homelessness and hostel to home.
